The demolition survey identifies the building's materials and hazardous substances. As a result of the survey, demolition materials can be utilized appropriately, environmental and health risks are avoided, and the quality of the demolition process is ensured at all stages. AHA - ASBESTOS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SURVEY
The hazardous material survey determines which hazardous substances are present in the building, where they are located, and in what quantities. After this, it is possible to define the requirements for the removal of hazardous materials and provide more precise demolition recommendations.
Demolition Material Assessment
The demolition material assessment estimates the total amount and quality of demolition materials. Reusable and recyclable materials and building components are identified, and recommendations are provided for their handling.
Targets are set for waste management, and action recommendations are given. Instructions and recommendations are also provided for the handling of concrete waste and its utilization on the construction site.
