Site Supervisor Duties

The site supervisor acts as the advisor and trusted representative of the developer or client in a demolition or renovation project, ensuring that the work meets the set requirements and objectives. 

This requires smooth and effective cooperation with various parties.

Safety Coordinator

The safety coordinator ensures that all parties involved cooperate on occupational safety matters at the demolition site, from preparation and planning stages through to execution. A safety document, safety regulations, and procedural guidelines are prepared for the demolition project. These may also be part of the project's other documentation.

Project Manager

The project manager is responsible for preparing the project plan, phase and task planning, scheduling, resource planning, documentation planning, work supervision, progress reporting, and quality assurance on demolition sites.
